Description:
The brief of this project was to renovate an existing beach house near the beach. The living areas at the top level were redirected towards the ocean views by twisting the areas a few degrees and a feature double storey angled wall gaining a better approach. The balcony was replaced and enlarged, stacked doors improve the indoor-outdoor link and brought the ocean into the house. On the ground level, a new master bedroom, deck, and ensuite replaced the old garage. A new balcony and pergola towards the backyard completed the project.
