Project Info i

Description:

The Brief for this project was to renovate an existing brick residence. Located at a cul-de-sac, the original house was a single storey dwelling over a split-level garage, all placed within an unusual shape site. As it is common on old homes, the house layout was fully detached from its surroundings and views. The proposal opened the layout and flow throughout the house, maximising access to natural light and adding living areas over the existing garage and a new upstairs level with a master suite. Front and rear landscape, including a plunge pool completed the project, with a "bridge" providing direct access from the master suite towards the yard and pool areas.
