Description:
Located at the new Shellcove Water Front Marina, the brief for this project was to design a new house on a corner block. The design approach considered a re-interpretation of traditional elements and volume with a contemporary take. Split in to wings, the house addresses the corner aspect of the site whilst providing adequate privacy on their own yard. Gable elements combined with straight lines, featured hardwood claddings & screens, stone walls and white rendered walls provide a traditional yet contemporary feel.
