Description:
The brief for this project was to design a self contained Granny Flat at the rear of an existing yard. The design approach ensures that its visitors experience a private journey and feel they could be anywhere but at a granny flat in a suburban area. A private terrace under a custom slatted hardwood pergoal, surrounded by landscape elements and a feature outdoor bath, provides a unique experience.
