Location:

Carters Ln. Towradgi, NSW - Australia

Area:

178.00 m2 per unit

Project Info i

Description:

The brief for this project was to design a side-by-side mirrored Dual Occupancy. With a compact floor plan, the design approach was to maximise access to natural light and natural flow, enhancing the perception of space throughout the project. Externally, each unit is split on a two-barn pavilion - front and rear - playing with a black (Charred timber cladding) and white (Linea weatherboards) appeal respectively. Recycled bricks details and built-in planter boxes frame the front facade, visually anchoring the barns to the ground.
