Description:
The brief for this project was to renovate an existing beachfront property. Internal layouts were adapted to accommodate a new double garage and create an open plan living area towards the ocean, with a consolidated vertical circulation in between linking all three levels. Above the garage, a modern master suite enjoys both ocean and mountain views. Timber claddings and feature hardwood screens provide a warm and natural contrast.
