Description:
Sitting on a steep and challenging site, two mirrored side by side units enjoy outstanding views to the ocean and Illawarra Escarpment. The building's mass volume was designed in a terraced manner so that despite it's size, it'd maintain a balanced scale amongst the streetscape. A side driveway, alongside landscaped sandstone boulders provide base and scale to the project.
